A. No person shall commit any disorderly, obscene, indecent or unlawful act or commit any nuisance on the airport.

B. No person shall drink any intoxicating liquors upon any portion of the airport open to the public, except in a restaurant or other place properly designated and licensed for on-sale liquor dispensing, or in an area protected by the right to privacy.

C. No person shall become intoxicated or use habit forming and/or illicit drugs on any portion of the airport nor shall any person under the influence enter upon or loiter on or about the airport property. (M) (Ord. 3051 § 1, 1986)
