All garbage, papers and refuse or other waste materials shall be placed in receptacles provided for that express purpose. All areas in and about aircraft hangers and tie-down spaces shall be free from accumulations of litter and other refuse including parts and equipment. (I) (Ord. 3051 § 1, 1986)
