The airport shall be open for public use at all hours of the day and night, subject to any restrictions imposed by the airport operations manager due to special conditions, such as weather; special events; or similar causes. Whenever possible, such restriction shall be posted or notice to airmen (NOTAM) shall be issued to flight service station (FSS). (Ord. 3051 § 1, 1986)
