Nothing in this chapter shall permit the continuation of illegal nonconforming structures or uses. Illegal nonconforming structures or uses are unlawful and a public nuisance, and shall be immediately removed or abated according to Chapter 17.72 of this code. (Ord. 3741 § 4, 1997)
