Driveways shall be at least twelve feet wide with a minimum unobstructed height clearance of thirteen feet six inches. Driveways over one hundred fifty feet in length shall have turnarounds with a minimum turn radius not less than thirty feet and an outside turning radius of not less than forty-five feet. Driveways in excess of two hundred feet in length and less than twenty feet in width shall be required to have turnouts, as determined by the fire chief, in addition to turnarounds. Turnouts shall be constructed of an all-weather road surface, acceptable to the fire chief, at least ten feet wide by thirty feet long.
