Maximum grade of streets, public or private, and other access easements shall be determined in accordance with “A Policy on Geometric Design of Highways and Streets,” American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO), current edition, for design of maximum grades for arterials, collectors and local streets.
