All occupied dwelling units within an SC (senior citizen) zone must be occupied by at least one qualifying resident or qualified permanent resident.

No one other than a senior citizen, qualified permanent resident or houseguest may occupy a dwelling unit within an SC (senior citizen) zone unless a senior citizen or qualified permanent resident occupies that dwelling at the same time. Houseguests may occupy the dwelling unit for no more than sixty days in any one year period absent occupation by the senior citizen or qualified permanent resident at the same time.
