Land classified in R-l, R-S, R-2, R-3, R-4 and MH zones may also be classified as an SC (senior citizen) zone and the restrictions set forth in this chapter shall apply; provided, that the following findings are made with respect thereto:

A. The land is developed or is to be developed with a housing development, with not less than one hundred fifty dwelling units. which has been or will be developed for and initially put to use as housing for senior citizens or has been substantially rehabilitated or renovated for and immediately afterwards put to use as housing for senior citizens:

B. For developments commenced after July 1, 1986, the developers have obtained a public report as a senior citizen housing development under Section 11010.05 of the Business and Professions Code. (Ord. 3194 § 1, 1988)
