17.18.020 Uses permitted.

The following uses are permitted in an R-4 zone:
B. Any of the following uses:
1. Apartment house,
2. Apartment hotel,
3. Church,
4. School, elementary or high,
5. Residential facility housing groups of people with disabilities as required to be permitted by federal law,
6. Roominghouse,
7. Institutions of educational, philanthropic or charitable nature,
8. Lodge halls and private clubs, excepting clubs the chief activity of which is a service customarily carried on as a business;
