“Front yard” means a yard extending across the full width of the lot between the front lot line and the nearest vertical support or wall of the main building or enclosed or covered porch attached thereto. The front yard of a corner lot is the yard adjacent to the shorter street frontage, except in those cases where the latest deed restrictions specify another line as the front lot line.
