17.04.650 Use, change of.

“Change of use” means a change from one to another of the following categories:
A. Commercial/retail other than restaurant or convenience store;
B. Restaurant or convenience store;
C. Industrial;
D. Multi-family residential;
E. Office, other than medical office;
F. Church;
G. Hospital;
H. Medical office.
I. Changes from one use to another which is substantially dissimilar, as determined by the planning director. (Ord. 3746 § 1, 1997; prior code § 17.08.610)
