“Guesthouse” means an accessory, detached dwelling without kitchen facilities designed and used to house nonpaying visitors or guests of the occupant of the main dwelling. Guesthouse may have sinks or wet bars and small refrigerator facilities, but may not have cooking facilities, full size refrigerators or other kitchen facilities.
