“Commercial cannabis activity” is the cultivation, manufacture, distribution, processing, storing, laboratory testing, packaging, labeling, transportation, delivery or sale of cannabis and cannabis products as provided for in the Medicinal and Adult-Use Cannabis Regulation and Safety Act as set forth in state law.
