Each driveway or other vehicular access from any public or private street to any structure or any parking area shall be paved, over three inches of base, with asphaltic concrete, or other street surfacing material approved by the building director. Such other surfacing material shall be not less than two inches in thickness. Such access shall be designed to drain in conformance with the drainage plan for the site. (Ord. 3084 § 1, 1987)
