15.50.010 Definitions.
This section is included in your selections.
Whenever used in this chapter, unless a different meaning clearly appears from the context, the words set forth in this section shall have the following meanings:
A. “Pay toilet” means any toilet facility for which payment of consideration is necessary before such facility may be used.
B. “Person” means any individual, partnership, corporation or association of any nature whatsoever. (Ord. 3323 § 1, 1990)
