15.44.010 Definitions.

For the purpose of this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings specified in this section, unless a different meaning clearly appears from the context:
“Building” means and includes any structure or house.
“Building official” means the duly appointed and acting chief building inspector of the city, duly authorized representatives, or such person as may hereafter be authorized by law to perform the duties now being performed by that official in the city.
“Termite inspector” means any person who is duly licensed by the state to perform the work or pest or termite control or inspection. (Prior code § 13.28.010)
