15.24.030 Section 201.1 amended—Enforcement.

Section 201.1 is amended by the addition of a third paragraph to subsection 201.1 to read as follows:
The enforcement of the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings by the Building Official shall not prevent the enforcement of the State Housing Law and applicable regulations by the County Health Officer.
