The 2022 California Green Building Standards Code is adopted by reference and enacted as the California Green Code of the city for the purpose stated therein.

Except as provided in this chapter, that certain green building standards code known and designated as the California Green Building Standards Code, 2022 Edition, including appendix, is adopted by reference as modified and amended in this chapter and is declared to be the green code of the city for the purpose stated therein.
