Except as provided in this chapter, that certain plumbing code known and designated as California Plumbing Code, 2022 Edition, including appendixes as adopted by the state and Division II Administration Sections 101.0 through 103.1, is adopted by reference as modified and amended in this chapter and is declared to be the plumbing code of the city for the purpose stated therein.
