Unless otherwise provided in this chapter, whenever the fees and charges required by this chapter are based on estimated values or estimated quantities, the city engineer shall make such determinations in accordance with established estimating practices. (Ord. 4740 § 1, 2013; Ord. 3667 § 1, 1995)
