A. At least thirty days before any formal consideration of an amendment to this chapter, the city engineer shall notify, in writing, each public corporation performing as a local sewering agency in the city’s sewer service area.

B. The notice shall contain a brief description of the nature of the amendment to be considered and the time and place when formal action will be taken. (Ord. 4740 § 1, 2013; Ord. 3667 § 1, 1995)
