It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation furnishing said water to fail or refuse to comply with the order of said council, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in the sum of not to exceed one hundred dollars for each and every day which it fails to comply with said order, and each and every day being a separate and distinct offense.
