In order to protect the health, safety and general welfare of the citizens of the city, the standards and specifications adopted herein shall be used to determine the necessity for, and manner of construction of, the particular types of improvements defined in Section 13.12.020. All such improvements shall conform to the city’s development improvement standards and specifications as adopted in this chapter. The standards and specifications adopted in this chapter shall be in addition to other development standards set forth in the provisions of this code. (Ord. 3885 § 1, 1999)
