The Mello-Roos Act is incorporated in and made a part of this chapter. Except as otherwise provided by this chapter, the mode and manner for financing facilities, for levying and collecting special taxes, and for issuing bonds shall be as prescribed in the Mello-Roos Act. (Ord. 4314 § 1, 2006)
