It is the purpose of this chapter to implement the provisions of Article 2.7 (commencing with Section 65870) of Chapter 4 of Division 1, Title 7, of the California Government Code, subject to the limitations specified in Section 65875 thereof. (Ord. 3081 § 1, 1987)
