Any person or entity desiring to have an activity set forth in Section 12.56.070 in a city park shall file for a use permit application with the director on a form furnished by the city. Unless stated otherwise herein, such application, fully completed and signed, shall be filed at least fifteen working days but not more than one hundred twenty days prior to the permitted use. The director may not waive the fifteen-day period unless the applicant waives all appeal rights set forth in this chapter. (Ord. 3823 § 1, 1998)
