All wireless facilities within the public rights-of-way, and all applications and requests for authorization to construct, install, attach, operate, collocate, modify, reconstruct, relocate or otherwise deploy wireless facilities within the public rights-of-way, are subject to a permit as specified in a policy adopted and amended by city council resolution. All wireless facilities within the public rights-of-way shall comply with the city council’s policy. (Ord. 4954 § 3, 2018)
