All facilities installed pursuant to a permit to excavate that are visible from the surface of the public right-of-way shall be clearly identified with the name of the current owner of the facilities. Within three months of change in ownership of a facility(ies), the identification required by this section shall indicate the new owner. (Ord. 3801 § 1, 1997)
