The frontage roads referred to in Sections 12.08.010 and 12.08.020 and over which the city assumes jurisdiction, are located on either side, and form a part, of Golden State Avenue and are described in two parcels, as follows:

A. Parcel 1: Those portions of lots 16 and 17 in block 1 of Tract No. 1472, as per map recorded March 30, 1949 in Book 6 of Maps at page 193, Kern County Records; lots 15 and 32, inclusive, in block 7; lots 1 to 34, inclusive, in block 8 of Tract No. 1009, as per map recorded November 15, 1935 in Book 4 of Maps at pages 56, 57 and 58, Kern County Records, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the north line of said block 1 with a curve concave to the southwest, with a radius of two hundred feet, said intersection bears 5.90 feet west of the northeast corner of said block 1, said intersection being the northwest corner of the land described in the deed to the state, recorded July 18,1955 in Book 2460 at page 15, Kern County Official Records, a radial line through said intersection bears N. 73° 33’ 21” E.; thence, (1) southerly along said curve, said curve being the west line of the land described in said deed, through an angle of 16° 27’ 09”, an arc distance of 57.43 feet to the east line of said block 1; thence, (2) N. 68° 47’ 59” E., 88.50 feet; thence, (3) N. 36° 07’ 09” W., 118.08 feet; thence, (4) northwesterly along a tangent curve concave southwesterly with a radius of 212.5 feet, through an angle 14° 06’ 51”, an arc distance of 52.35 feet; thence, (5) N. 50° 14’ 00” W., 112.60 feet; thence, (6) northwesterly along a tangent curve concave southwesterly, with a radius of 812.5 feet, through an angle of 7° 02’ 21”, an arc distance of 99.82 feet; thence (7) N. 57° 16’ 21” W., 421.59 feet; thence, (8) northwesterly along a tangent curve concave northeasterly, with a radius of 119.50 feet, through an angle of 17° 17’ 37” an arc distance of 36.07 feet; thence, (9) along a nontangent line, N. 47° 45’ 13” W., 94.81 feet to an intersection with a curve concave northeasterly with a radius of 119.50 feet, a radial line through said intersection bears S. 40° 25’ 04” W.; thence (10) northwesterly along last said curve, through an angle of 17° 15’ 04”, an arc distance of 35.98 feet; thence, (11) N. 32° 19’ 52” W., 43.86 feet; thence, (12) northwesterly along a tangent curve concave southwesterly with a radius of 812.50 feet, through an angle of 15° 00’ 00”, an arc distance of 212.71 feet; thence, (13) along a nontangent line, N. 47° 01’ 11” W., 316.20 feet to the northerly city limits; thence, (14) along said northerly city limits S. 89° 59’ 22” W., 62.28 feet to the southwesterly line of the land described in the deed to the state recorded March 20, 1947 in Book 1440 at page 79, Kern County Official Records; thence, along said southwesterly line, the following courses (15) S. 47° 19’ 52” E., 361.98 feet; (16) southeasterly along a tangent curve concave southwesterly, with a radius of seven hundred seventy-two feet, last said curve being concentric with and 40.50 feet southwesterly, measured radially from Course (12) hereinabove described, through an angle of 15° 00’ 00”, an arc distance of 202.11 feet; (17) S. 32° 19’ 52” E., 21.60 feet; (18) southerly along a tangent curve concave southwesterly, with a radius of one hundred feet, through an angle of 32° 19’ 52”, an arc distance of 56.43 feet; (19) south, 21.68 feet to a line parallel with the centerline of the Department of Public Works’ survey between Garces Circle and Snow Road, road VI-Ker-4-Bkd, the centerline of said survey also being the centerline of Golden State Avenue, as shown on the map of said Tract No. 1009; (20) along said parallel line S. 47° 29’ 30” E., 119.37 feet to an intersection with a curve concave southerly with a radius of twenty feet, a radial line through last said intersection bears west; (21) northerly and easterly, along last said curve through an angle of 122° 43’ 39”, an arc distance of 42.84 feet; (22) S. 57° 16’ 21” E., 434.88 feet to the southwesterly line of the land described in the deed to the state, recorded May 16, 1957 in Book 2787 at page 249, Kern County Official Records; thence, along last said southwesterly line, the following courses: (23) southeasterly along a tangent curve concave southwesterly, with a radius of seven hundred sixty feet, through an angle of 7° 02’ 21”, an arc distance of 93.37 feet; (24) S. 50° 14’ 00” E. 82.95 feet to the northwesterly terminus of first said curve hereinabove described; (25) southeasterly along first said curve through an angle of 33° 47’ 25”, an arc distance of 117.95 feet to the point of beginning.

B. Parcel 2: Those portions of blocks 1 and 2 of Tract No. 1009, as per map recorded November 15, 1935 in Book 4 of Maps at pages 56, 57 and 58, Kern County Records, described as follows: Commencing for reference at the northeast corner of the S.E. 1/4 of Section 24, T. 29 S., R. 27 E., M.D.M.; thence (1) along the north line of the S.E. 1/4 of said section, N. 89° 45’ 55” W., 825.89 feet to the centerline of the Department of Public Works’ survey between Garces Circle and Snow Road, road VI-Ker-4-Bkd; thence, (2) along said centerline, N. 47° 29’ 30” W., 147.78 feet to the northerly city limits of the city; thence, (3) along said northerly city limits, N. 89° 59’ 22” E., 62.99 feet to the true point of beginning of the land to be described; thence, (4) S. 47° 29’ 30” E., 156.30 feet; thence, (5) southeasterly along a tangent curve concave northeasterly with a radius of 812.50 feet through an angle of 16° 00’ 00”, an arc distance of 226.89 feet to a point of reverse curve, a radial line of said curve at said point bears S. 26° 30’ 30” W.; thence, (6) southeasterly along a reverse curve concave southwesterly, with a radius of 119.50 feet, through an angle of 17° 20’ 29”, an arc distance of 36.17 feet to a nontangent line; thence, (7) along said nontangent line, S. 46° 51’ 10” E., 93.35 feet to an intersection with a curve concave southwesterly with a radius of 119.50 feet, a radial line through said intersection bears N. 34° 38’ 01” E.; thence, (8) southeasterly along last said curve, through an angle of 18° 46’ 43”, an arc distance of 39.17 feet to a point of reverse curve, a radial line of last said curve at last said point bears N. 53° 24’ 44” E.; thence, (9) southeasterly along a reverse curve concave northeasterly, with a radius of 2012.50 feet, through an angle of 17° 39’ 44” an arc distance of 620.38 feet; thence, (10) S. 54° 15’ 00” E., 68.39 feet to the centerline of H Street, last said centerline being the southeasterly line of the land described in the deed to the state recorded March 20, 1947 in Book 1440 at page 79, Kern County Official Records; thence (11) along last centerline N. 35° 45’ 15” E., 68.48 feet to the northeasterly line of the land described in said deed; thence, along said northeasterly line, the following courses: (12) N. 54° 14’ 45” W., 41.25 feet to an intersection with a curve concave northwesterly with a radius of twenty-eight feet, a radial line through last said intersection bears S. 54° 14’ 45” E.; (13) southwesterly and northwesterly along last said curve, through an angle of 88° 14’ 17”, an arc distance of 43.12 feet; (14) northwesterly along a compound curve concave northeasterly with a radius of 1972 feet, through an angle of 18° 27’ 25”, an arc distance of 635.25 feet; (15) N. 37° 33’ 03” W., 16.83 feet; (16) northwesterly, northerly and northeasterly, along a tangent curve concave easterly, with a radius of twenty feet, through an angle of 80° 03’ 33”, an arc distance of 27.95 feet; (17) N. 45° 55’ 37” W., 60.02 feet to an intersection with a curve concave northwesterly, with a radius of twenty feet, a radial line through last said intersection bears S. 47° 29’ 30” E.; (18) southwesterly, westerly and northwesterly along last said curve, through an angle of 75° 00’ 00”, an arc distance of 26.18 feet; (19) N. 62° 29’ 30” W., 96.72 feet; (20) northwesterly along a tangent curve concave northeasterly with a radius of seven hundred seventy-two feet, through an angle of 12° 32’ 15”, an arc distance of 168.93 feet; thence (21) leaving said northeasterly line and continuing along last said curve, through an angle of 2° 27’ 45”, an arc distance of 33.18 feet; thence, (22) N. 47° 29’ 30” W., 126.80 feet to said northerly city limits; thence (23) along said northerly city limits, S. 89° 59’ 22” W., 59.93 feet to the true point of beginning.
