A. No vehicle shall be backed into or through an intersection for the purpose of turning; nor shall any vehicle be backed across or substantially across any street for the purpose of turning.

B. Nothing in this section shall apply to vehicles being placed in or removed from any garage, the entrance to which is adjacent to an alley. (Prior code § 11.04.160)
